Registered at the Paris Bar since 2021, Caroline MARTIN-FORISSIER specializes in assisting companies and their executives in the fields of business law, tax and criminal business litigation. She is involved in structuring her clients' business and professional assets, tax audits and litigation, as well as financial criminal cases.

Trained as an economist and a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University, she also studied tax law at Panthéon-Assas University. She enriched her curriculum with experience in French and American law firms, in the tax department of the LVMH group and at the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

Interested in the tech industry, she was also a member of the Assas Legal Innovation association, and writes on blockchain, legal innovation and data protection.
