CAROLINE MARTIN-FORISSIER
Caroline Martin-Forissier is a member of the Paris Bar since 2021.
Originally from Marseille, she first specialized in digital economics at the University of Paris-Dauphine. She then joined the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where she studied business law with a major in tax law. She was a member of the Assas Legal Innovation association.
She enriched her studies with several experiences in French and American law firms, in the legal department of the LVMH group and at the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés.
Attracted by new technologies, she has also written on topics such as blockchain, legal innovation and data protection.
She currently practices in tax law and criminal tax law, both as a consultant and in litigation.
