The firm accepts payment by bank transfer, check, credit card and PayPal. The firm also accepts legal aid work.

Except in case of emergency or when we intervene under full legal aid, we conclude a fee agreement. This agreement specifies the amount or the method of determination of the fees covering the foreseeable diligences, as well as the various expenses and disbursements envisaged.

In accordance with the rules governing the legal profession, the firm's fees are set according to the time spent on the case, the research work, the nature and difficulty of the case and the importance of the interests involved.

Depending on the type of case and the preferences of our clients, we offer a time-based fee or a flat fee. In certain cases and in agreement with our clients, our fee agreements may also include a fee for results.
